Rochester Writers Association

II am working on a non fiction book Identity and the Quartered Circle for John Hunt Publishing in the UK. Getting that contract is a really motivating event in my writing life!  I also write fiction, essays, poetry and once upon a time wrote a screen play.  I have published educational materials, poetry and magazine articles. 

My dream is to get my novels finished and marketed.  I am searching for a publisher for the first one right now.  I've taught English and Creative Writing, worked as a community activist and in State government.  What I need most out of this group is feed back!  What works and what doesn't in my writing.  I offer you the same in gentleness.
